The check-in process was warm and welcoming, especially thanks to Ms. Marcela's exceptional service. My room was spacious and spotless, making for a comfortable stay.

However, I was disappointed to find quite a few essentials missing in the hotel, like forks, knives, and drinking water. It was surprising for a hotel of this caliber.

I loved the cheerful red walls and artwork that added vibrancy, making the common areas feel so welcoming! Accessibility was a breeze. everything was within easy reach, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

A bit more variety at breakfast would be lovely.

great central spot for exploring parks and culture

During my stay, I really appreciated the helpful staff and delicious breakfast. It was super close to Ibirapuera Park, which made my morning strolls a delight, and the Museum of Contemporary Art is only about 2.5 km away, making it easy to explore the local culture. as a single traveler, I found the centrally located amenities very convenient for my weekend walks, but the room did show some signs of aging.

Had a great stay! The bed comfort was a highlight 🤗, and I loved the excellent location near Moema metro and Ibirapuera Park. However, the lack of utensils was a bit disappointing.
